Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Kevin Clever. Address and contact: see the imprint.

2. In brief

This website sets no cookies, does not use your browser's local storage and uses no analytics or tracking tools. No third-party content is embedded: no external fonts, no videos embedded from other platforms, no social media plugins. All files are delivered by this website's own web server. Personal data is only processed as far as technically necessary to deliver the website, or if you contact me by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser (server log files): date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. Your IP address is only stored in shortened form (the last two octets are set to 0), so it can no longer be attributed to you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably.

4. Contact by email

If you email me, I process your details (email address, name, content of the message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Links to other websites

This website links to external services such as GitHub, YouTube, Steam and the websites of theatres and press. Merely visiting this website does not transfer any data to these providers. Only when you click a link do you leave this website; the respective provider is then responsible for data processing on the target page.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). An informal message to the contact address in the imprint is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

7. Encryption

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
